Our
Comments and
Suggestions
Istanbul…
So much to say and to see. We are
deeply in love for this city who
offers really anything anyone
might be looking for.
You
might need a life to discover it
as each area is a city on its
own.
However,
you should ideally spend a
minimum of 3 full days there,
and share your time as follow:
One
day to discover the historical
sights such as
Hagia Sophia,
Topkapi palace, and in general
the historical quarter called
Sultanahmet where all the
remains of Byzance,
Constantinople, and the wonders
of the Ottoman empire are found,
as well as the famous
Egyptian bazaar and
Grand bazaar.
Another
day to enjoy the
Bosphorus, and
the villages of Istanbul along
its shore. The Bosphorus is the
energetic center of the city,
and there is a constant traffic
as it connects the Black Sea to
the Marmara Sea, and Asia to
Europe.
And
finally, you need to walk in the
Taksim
district, which is the
shopping and night life center,
but also historical, as it used
to be the christian part of the
city, and still now the
embassies quarter. If you walk
down the
Istiklal
avenue with
its nostalgic tramway, where one
million persons pass everyday,
you will have a good idea of
what cosmopolitan means.
The
city is in constant change, and
we are always seeking the new
and the unique to deliver you
the best concierge services, and
keep you updated with the best
restaurants, and local events.
